  1. We like the idea of working with the senses and how you have worked with the helmet in order to transmit the concept of a more detailed vision. Although the use of the transparency in your drawings it is a little bit confusing and we don't understand what is opaque and what is transparent. For improved the work we think that you can integrate the headphones into the structure. We are looking forward to see your advance.

  2. I will focus on the idea of the proyect:

I thought autism affect more the social interaction. Or, I think, that's the part of the autism which is more significative in this illness. I think, I don't really know.
Anyways, it's hard to expose the possitive think of the social interaction. I suppose if you don't focus on the social way is because is really hard to find the possitive part of this.
In other hand, I think is interesting if you see some autism success people arround the world for next works. For example, in paranoia, some people can do somehow an artistic expression of what they think, how they see the world, how they analyze all. In your case I think this part is easier for this mental dissorder, there're more successful people with Autism. It would be maybe something like, they're so smart (I don't want to make topics, but I saw some guys with Autism whose are so good with maths, physics, informatic...) and how they deal with the possitive part of their illness to improve themselfs.

I found this on internet (not the free version, sorry) and maybe you'll find interesting. As I read, autism develops in childrens, and the way they manage their special condition affects their future hardly. Seeing what success people did to become what they're now is a good reading you should do.

As I said is hard to find the possitive part on social interaction, but maybe you'll find it! :)

  3. I like the idea and working with senses, but maybe you could do something to see the reality, not something just in a screen. Looking forward to see it!

  4. I like that you are effecting all senses with your idea. This will make the feeling very strong. But in my opinion it would be even more interesting if you would create something to change the existing surrounding and not just show pictures and sounds you already recorded before.

  5. i like the fact that you would like to develop the views of the autist people. In some way it also culd help to get relaxed and have more concentration. In some way, you have to look for more information, but I like the idea and the way you are developing it

  6. Making someone feeling like an autistic people is good, but I think you should close his eyes on the world. I mean I would try to keep a person's contact with real world. But I really like the concept of connecting the smells and nice music/nature noises.

  7. Your idea is very clear and good. Wearing this helmet makes you feel isolated from the outside but in the same time you can feel better everything by your senses. But in my opinion this stimulation could be connected with surroundings, more real. For example you can replace screen with some kind of glasses which make view more beautiful - then you can see real world in better way.

  8. We grasped your concept well, however we wondered if this was to be made, would it be more of an isolation to those with the illness? We understand that social skills is a key feature to the condition. For us the interpretation of the condition could directly focus on how their brain works differently and therefore be exceptionally clever as the positive outcome?

  10. We like your idea about your microarchitecture to focusing it to enhance certain qualities such as vision, smell and hearing. But we think you can think more about good things about this kind of people. we have read about autism and we have found this : https://www.facebook.com/notes/aspau/cosas-positivas-del-autismo/10150448449887356/ ( it's in spanish but this its so clear)
Your idea its good so we thik you can focus in the main advantages.

  11. I think your project is well done but in it shows both the good side (the enanced senses) and the bad side (the isolation) so maybe you could try finding a solution to lessen the effect of the bad side :)

  12. Your idea is interesting because you work with the senses but for the smelling and hearing part, we think you should try to find a way to make it work with what's happening in the reality because the music and the smell cannot be adapted to every situations.

  13. Hi Patrizia ,Marysia,Maria , i like your idea a lot because autism disorders are characterized in variyng degress and difficulties in social interaction so they way that you work with the senses is very intersesting but the interaction with the peoples around is the most important thing so i think you have to focus more and making somthing more near to the reality .I would like to understand your project more tomorrow in the clase .Good Luck .
