I don't know if I have understand it really well, but if it is that if you move the balloon will explote, I don't really think that it is really positive... Maybe you could do something to change the idea and do like the structure make you be safe.
Hi Maria , no the idea is not about the fact that ballon explote when you move .but the idea is that the person how suffer from persecution fobia can move with the dress of ballon carefuly with out thouching the wall of needels because the ballons will explote so the idea is to be very careful with the dress of ballons then the person can not be very obsesed with the person around him and any others thinks that make him inconfortable.

It can work on a bigger area but not on a small one. So I think it's really nice project, but it won't work as a microarchitecture.
I like your way of thinking, it is really similar to example from past years (this paper skin). I'm not sure it is positive aspect of paranoia to being afraid. Maybe you can find other way to show this ability to seeing details.
For us this idea is similar to that one which Javer told us about, with suit made of triangles. And we think thats very creative and mind opening but, with that idea problem is the same like with this triangular one, its hard to see something pstive in that. But while a person will be focused to not let ballons explode she or he can see much more in the world, more details and interesting things what people living in their minds just can´t experience.

We think that this example is well thought to show the fear and the feeling that a person with persecution fear has to deal with. But we cannot see how this goes in a positive direction. Maybe you can focus more on the positive affects of the abilities of the person.
